Really? I thought atheists advocated freedom in all things. I didn't know they were capable of prohibiting anything.
There are many different kinds of atheists. In China under Mao Zedong, atheism was a part of the "Cultural Revolution" which sought to ban or destroy everything pre-communist: literature, architecture, philosophy, whatever. In the West, there arises a new breed of atheism which is as dogmatic about being devoid of belief as any religious person could be about religion. It's pathetic.
