A reminder of the poor souls

This beautiful relief can be seen in one of the walls of the Capilla de las Ánimas ("(Poor) Souls Chappel") in Mexico City. Across the street there are many souvenir shops and restaurants that sometimes get their tables and chairs out so that People have lunch indifferently in front of such a powerful reminder of supernatural realities. Much less they spare a prayer for the poor souls.




Our Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for us and for the poor souls of purgatory!
