What about it? It is entirely supported by cuм Ex Apostolatus and St Robert Bellarmine knew it.

I agree with Bellarmine that a Pope cannot be a heretic.

And yet cuм ex specifically refers to the possible event of a Roman Pontiff falling into heresy. Notice the words...."Roman Pontiff." That means the Pope.

Notice the words "promotion" or "elevation"

Notice the words "no authority"

You literally can't deny what cuм Ex Apostolatus was saying. It is well-known and widely accepted that Pope Paul IV wanted to prevent a cardinal he suspected of heresy from becoming the next Pope.
Stop lying to yourself.

A pope cannot be a heretic? Why not? Who is going to tell him - you?

If he's a heretic he's not the Pope.

What's the problem? Are you trying to say that a Protestant can be Pope?

I'm saying it is enough to know he's a heretic, that is all the reason we need to not listen to him. If you like to take it beyond that and insist he is not the pope as if that is something you need to concern yourself with, knock yourself out.

Okay, fine. You are not aware, then, that quite a few sedevacantists believe that a Pope cannot fall into heresy?
