  • I have seen firsthand the way Pablo bosses little kids around. Not HIS kids, but OTHER people's kids. He's demanding and mean. He calls kids by derogatory names to degrade them. Are the parents who put their children under his care so helpless they let this continue?
It just doesn't make sense, do the parents think it's good for the kids and somehow toughens them up or something? You got Catholic childhood rearing all wrong if you think that way.
If adults want to subject themselves to such torture then by all means go ahead, but, 'Hey Parents, not the children PLEASE.'

And while we're at it, 'Hey Pablo, stop calling little kids by REAL demon names as well because that is repulsive.'

    NOTE:
This has nothing to do with detraction or gossip about OLMC this is about getting someone to stand up for those kids. I would if I lived there.

I did live there, and I did stand up to "Pablo" more than once; the only discernable effects that this produced were hatred and scorn from P, and yet more fear from most everyone else.

Another that I knew did however run all this by Fr.(?) V, and Williamson.
Again, outside of more talk, nothing happens.

So don't feel quite so bad about it, as it will sadly yet likely take body bags to budge anyone about that place.
    "Lord, have mercy".

  • To be completely clear and fair, though it does cause even more concern, my (?) particular "issues" weren't regarding what has been asserted here.

I'm not saying that they aren't telling the truth, but what I am saying is "two wrongs don't make a right", though I suppose multiple lefts do.

It is a very delicate and complicated situation that can easily lead to sins such as has been mentioned elsewhere.

Rumour, calumny, detraction etc, .... not good either, not even if the object of them were the greatest villain in human history.

If we've done what we reasonably can, then that's it.
    "Lord, have mercy".

So what are you saying?  That chapels should be tied up with the SSPX about to go to Rome, or submit/be regularized to the local diocese, and partake of Modernism -- approve of Vat II, be involved with using Novus Ordo priests, etc. and so on - ??
Better to be independent and free to be orthodox and adhere to the Church's laws about the Mass and doctrine, than to "have the comfort of a bishop's smiling approval" - and such bishops! - and a pat on the head from the hierarchy, Our Lord's bitterest current enemies.
We ALL want the Church to go "back to normal" - we ALL want to be able to use the property of the Church (what's left of it) -- but this is WAR.  The Thing Is To Stay SIN-FREE in Orthodoxy and Proper Worship free of Sacrilege!!  The Church has laws that even the Pope and Bishops cannot change.  If they want to lose their Faith and attack the Church, they will answer for it.  We are supposed to keep the laws, despite hostile, gross and unsupernatural authority.
This isn't a garden party - a waltzing through the charmed parts of the Church's past ages desiring that access -- we can't be those who say "let's give in so we can be that way again," (that Catholic idyllic state does not exist right now anyway - look around you!).  We have to offer up what we used to have access to in order to keep the essential - the State of Grace.  St. John Fisher and St. Thomas More thought they were the last hold outs  for Church orthodoxy - they did not give in "for fellowship" - to have the King's favor again, or have all the other Bishops of England bless them.
    And they aren't sorry.
Wake up!  We ALL want a Pope Pius X again - but it is not possible just now.  We can't have the ideal -- just the one, essential necessity of surviving in the state of grace.  Catholic life is rough right now.  The Modernists are condemned people.

Yeah, cuz nothing bad ever happens at non-Independent churches or chapels like SSPX, N.O., Protty, or even Resistance for that matter.  ::)
