  •  Police video: Ahmaud Arbery arrested for “shoplifting“ TV from Walmart in 2017
    Posted: 22 May 2020 09:28 AM PDT

DAILYKENN.com -- A 2017 police video has emerged showing Ahmaud Arbery being arrested with three companions for attempting to 'shoplift' a widescreen TV from Walmart.

    From fox5atlanta.com ▼

    Quote
Newly released footage shows the arrest of Ahmaud Arbery after a suspected shoplifting attempt at a Walmart in Brunswick, Georgia, on December 1, 2017. An Atlanta defense attorney says the new video of that incident is irrelevant.

A group of four men were detained leaving the Walmart. One of the men allegedly attempted to steal a 65-inch television valued at $798, according to a Glynn County Police Department report. A loss prevention officer identified the shoplifting suspect as Arbery, who was wearing shorts and a black jacket with fur around the hood.

It’s unclear what the group did inside the Walmart during the shoplifting attempt.

Arbery, who was 23 years old at the time, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting, according to the report. The Glynn County Police Department provided this bodycam footage that shows Arbery’s arrest.

The three other people, all boys under the age of 18, were banned from the property and then picked up by their guardians, according to the report.

Prominent Atlanta defense attorney Jackie Patterson says the video is irrelevant.

"It is no question that there is no judge in Georgia that would ever allow that video in trial because it is totally irrelevant and would have no bearing on whether the defendants in this case are guilty or not," Patterson told FOX 5.

Patterson, who is also a former police officer, says leaking this video is a move by defense attorneys to win the war of public opinion.

He says after seeing Arbery gunned down many people across America were stunned.

"You simply want to try and influence public opinion and that is what the defense attorneys are doing in this case. They are trying to show he is of bad character and that he is a criminal," Patterson explained.

Arbery later pleaded guilty and received first offender status, which mean no jail time and 5 years probation.

Arbery, 25, was shot and killed on February 23, 2020, after being pursued by armed men through the suburban neighborhood where he lived outside Brunswick. Gregory and Travis McMichael were arrested by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and charged with the alleged murder of Arbery on May 7.

  •  Black brawl caught on video at Indiana mall
    Posted: 22 May 2020 06:51 PM PDT

A white shopper casually walks past a black brawl as if it is a routine site.

DAILYKENN.com -- "It is just one of several violent incidents at the mall since it reopened Monday," reported chicago.cbslocal.com, "including a fight Tuesday in which three Chicago women were arrested."

The brawl occurred at Southlake Mall in Merillville, Indiana. The city has a black population of about 45 percent and is adjacent to Gary, Indiana that is 80.2 percent black. Both cities are located east of Chicago, Illinois and are considered part of that city's metroplex.

Black violence is a reality that the far-left prefers to ignore. Violent black behavior is sometimes referred to as 'ratchet' behavior. It is one of the reasons Jim Crow laws existed; to protect whites from black violence.

It is also one of the reasons shopping centers are losing customers. Patrons find it safer and more convenient to shop online or in white neighborhoods.

Not all blacks are violent nor are all violent people black. It remains, however, that even white leftists generally steer clear of black neighborhoods even as they damn realists for noting the severity of black violence on black people and others.

  • White Married Couple Attacked in Nashville by Machete-Wielding Black Male Angry About Coronavirus Shutdown

    Quote
A Nashville couple were in critical care after a man attacked them with a machete because he was angry about shutdowns that were taking place during the coronavirus pandemic, police said.

Kelvin D. Edwards attacked Kevin Craft, 55, and his wife Leanne Craft, 50, on Sunday afternoon in a Public Storage in the city, the Metro Nashville Police Department said in a statement.

Edwards took the machete from his bin at the storage facility and continued striking the couple even after they were bleeding on the floor, police said. The victims were transported to a hospital after officers who responded to the scene used multiple tourniquets to control their bleeding.

  • In 2017, Blacks in Michigan Committed 68% of the Homicides... They Represent Only 14 Percent of the States Population

    Quote
In 2017, there were 567 homicides in the state of Michigan:

--388 of the victims were black or 68 percent
--166 of the victim were white or 29 percent

In 2017, there were (only) 277 homicide arrests in the state of Michigan:

--188 of those arrested were black or 68 percent
--82 of those arrested were white or 30 percent[/li][/list]

Blacks are only 14 percent of the population of Michigan, but were responsible for 68 percent of the homicides (of those homicides with a suspect, representing only 49 percent of the cases being cleared). It should be noted the 83 percent black city of Detroit was responsible for 267 of the 567 homicides in 2017 (a staggering 47 percent of the homicides for the year in Michigan).

For those interested, blacks were responsible for 61 percent of the homicides in Michigan in 2016 and 70 percent of homicides in 2015.

  • Two questions for Poche-

The numerous incidents of blacks assaulting / killing whites cited above get but the barest fraction of coverage from the mainstream media, whilst the statistically far rarer cases of whites assaulting / killing blacks - especially incidents where self-defense is clearly at play i.e. Trayvon Martin; Ahmaud Arbery - are hyped and given a hugely disproportionate focus. Why do you suppose that is, Poche?

Second: If Arbery had succeeded in disarming Travis McMichael and gunned him and his father down, would that have been justified in your eyes, Poche?

Still waiting on answers to these questions from Poche.

I'll settle for an answer to just the second one, in fact.

If Arbery had succeeded in disarming Travis McMichael and gunned him and his father down, would that have been justified in your eyes, Poche?

43-year-old Devin Tand lost his life May 21. According to krcrtv.com, "a volunteer firefighter with the department was shot and killed yesterday morning by 22-year-old Deymon Edwards."

Male charged in murder of restaurant owner
    Posted: 23 May 2020 11:19 AM PDT

DAILYKENN.com -- A 33-year-old male has been arrested for the 2018 murder of a beloved restaurant owner in Charlotte, North Carolina.

33-year-old Terry Conner Jr. says he is completely innocent, according to reports.

But Conner has a criminal history  "including serving 6 years for a home invasion where he shot two people," a report claims.

Dead is Scott Brooks, owner of Brooks' Sandwich House. The restaurant has been a family-owned business for three generations, reports say. The victim was 61-years-old, a report said.

    From wcnc.com ▼

    Quote
Brooks was shot and killed shortly after arriving at the family-owned restaurant on December 9. According to the time stamp on the video, the suspects were at the restaurant just before 6 a.m. Detectives believe Brooks' killing stemmed from a robbery attempt. Police said Brooks was preparing to open the shop when he was confronted by an unknown suspect.

Scott Brooks' twin brother, David Brooks, spoke to the media hours after he learned of the arrest.

Brooks said while nothing will bring his brother back, he's grateful for CMPD's hard work in solving this case.

"They were absolutely resilient in what they have done and they will not give up," Brooks said. "We've got a force that we can certainly be proud of I will say that."

Brooks said a CMPD detective called him early Wednesday morning to relay the news of the arrest.

"I'm trying to take all of this in a little bit at a time," Brooks said.

15-year-old teen shot dead in Charlotte, NC
    Posted: 23 May 2020 01:48 PM PDT

DAILYKENN.com -- A 15-year-old boy lost his life after being shot by a juvenile in Charlotte, North Carolina.

"Roman Kichigin was less than a month shy of his 16th birthday when he was killed," reports say.

In spite of his young age, Kichigin had a talent for repairing BMWs and selling them for a profit. The teen was looking forward to obtaining a drivers license so he could drive one of his BMWs.

The teen was apparently killed while responding to an advertisement to purchase a cell phone. It appears the sale was a set up for a robbery and, rather than buying a phone, the teen was shot dead.

Clifton Trimaine Stanfill, 18, is charged with the murder, reported wbtv.com.

Kichigin and his family moved to Charlotte from Semey, Kazakhstan in 2014 when he was 12-years-old.

  • Statistics say much, but they could be further scrutinized, no?  I believe the "black" population in the USA is 1/3 of the "white", so, wouldn't that dramatically affect the % of blacks who killed whites and % whites who killed blacks? Something not analyzed in the chart.

  • Biden Tells Black Show Host “You Ain’t Black” if You Prefer Trump

    Source: summit.news

Joe Biden is facing a backlash for yet another disastrous interview during which he told the Breakfast Club’s black host, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”
The faux pas occurred 17 minutes into the former vice-president’s interview with Charlamagne tha God.
When a Biden aide tried to end the interview, Charlamagne responded, “You can’t do that to black media.”
    Quote
    This is disgusting.

This prompted Biden to hit back that he would have to leave whether dealing with “white media” or “black media” because his wife had an upcoming engagement.
“I tell you if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” said Biden.
Charlamagne responded by insisting, “it has nothing to do with Trump. It has to do with the fact that I want something for my community”
The host then asked Biden to return to the show to answer more questions, spurring Biden into an aggressive-sounding defense of his record with the black community.
“Take a look at my record. I extended the Voting Rights Act for 25 years. I have a record that is second to none. The NAACP’s endorsed me every time I’ve run. Take a look at the record,” said Biden.
Biden agreed to return, but his “you ain’t black” comment caused an immediate backlash online.
A poll subsequently posted by the Breakfast Club asked if viewers agreed with Biden or not.
    Quote
#joebiden said “If you have a problem figuring out if you are for him or Trump.. you ain’t black” Do you agree ??
    — The Breakfast Club (@breakfastclubam) May 22, 2020

The results currently show that almost 90% of respondents are upset with Biden’s comments.
This is yet another reminder of why Biden’s campaign is so keen to keep him away from the media.

Retail clerk left bloodied after encounter with irate customer
    Posted: 24 May 2020 12:51 PM PDT

DAILYKENN.com -- A retail worker in Modesto, Calif. was left bloodied after being assaulted by an irate female customer, she says.

Apparently, the attacker was miffed at missing an opportunity to purchase a swimming pool.

Samantha Clarke said she was "split open pretty good," reports say.

"Clarke says the woman started throwing items off the counter, hit her in the face with something metal in her hand and casually walked out of the store with her baby's stroller in tote," according to abc10.com.

The Modesto Police Department posted the following on its Facebook page along with an image of the suspect:

    Quote
It’s #whosthatwednesday and MPD needs your help in identifying this female subject. She assaulted a clerk at Big 5 in Modesto after being upset about a merchandise pick up. Samantha Clarke said she was "split open pretty good" two weeks ago when she was allegedly assaulted by a customer while police say she was working at a Big 5 Sporting Goods store.

Clarke said she has been working at the sporting goods store for 17 years now. Earlier this month, in the middle of the pandemic, she says a woman calling from Tracy asked her staff to hold a swimming pool for her.

"We told them that we would hold it for 30 minutes, they showed up 45 minutes later and the pool was gone," Clarke recalled. "So the lady was upset, understandably. I could understand that she was upset."

Clarke says the woman started throwing items off the counter, hit her in the face with something metal in her hand and casually walked out of the store with her baby's stroller in tote.

She said the woman even took the time to cover up her license plates on the way out.

"It was so fast, I couldn't even put my hands up," Clarke recalled. "I had no idea she was going to hit me, like, didn't see it coming."

  • What It’s Like to 'Teach' Blacks - First Hand Horror Stories
    Lars Bloomqvist(American Renaissance) 9 hours ago | 810 words 0 263
    Race Realism

This is part of our continuing series of accounts by readers of how they shed the illusions of liberalism and became race realists.
Since the 1980s, I have worked as a teacher in various capacities: high schools, state universities, community colleges; as a substitute and full-time. Below are a few highlights that show what having black students — and liberal administrators — is really like.
    High School, Physical Science
Though ostensibly a class for ninth graders, this South Central Los Angeles classroom was mostly black seniors. But even that was theoretical: of 27 enrolled students, average class attendance was ten. Grade inflation was pandemic in this school, and I was in the principal’s doghouse for giving out Ds and Fs to excess. If I had been able to give entirely truthful grades, less than ten percent of my students would have gotten a C or higher. I realized the situation was even more pitiful than I had previously thought when one day I stumbled across some old textbooks published in the 1960s — they made the textbook I was using look like something designed for an elementary school.
    State University, Astronomy Lab
In 1993, I had a young black woman in my class whose mother taught at the same university’s school of education. This student showed up for the first two classes, then disappeared until the last lab, when she turned in all her labs at once. This nearly guaranteed that she had copied the labs from a student who had actually participated in them, so I gave her an F. She then demanded a meeting with me. When we met to discuss her grade, her clothes looked like they had been painted on and it was clear she was trying to seduce me. That ploy ended when it became clear I wouldn’t budge. After the meeting, she filed a formal complaint to the university administration. I decided to not fight, and issued her a courtesy C to get her off my back.
    Community College, Astronomy
One of the main projects of this class was to draw a map of the constellations. I had given the same assignment to students from another college, so showed my current class some of their work as an example. At some point when my back was turned, the only three black students in the class stole one of these examples, put their names on it, and later turned it in to me — otherwise unaltered — as their own work. I failed all three of them, which infuriated the administration’s ombudsperson, but that time I held my ground.
    Public High School, Algebra 1
In January 2001, I received a black transfer student who had special permission to go to the restroom anytime he wanted because of some vague medical condition. The student would go to the restroom immediately after class started and then return just before it ended. When I checked his file for the note, I found a one-page document full of grammatical errors — almost certainly a fake, but I knew the administration wouldn’t look into it. This student also invariably wore his pants so far below his waist that most of his buttocks was exposed — a violation of dress code. Every day for three weeks I would tell him to pull his pants up and put on a belt. Each time he would ignore me, so each time, I sent him to the school’s dean with a write-up for defiance. This ended when I received a letter from the student’s father threatening to sue me, and the school began an internal investigation of my alleged “racial harassment.” After nine months of “investigation,” I was exonerated of any wrongdoing.
At the start of the next school year, one of the administrators who had headed that investigation became school principal. He wasted no time in dubbing me “incompetent” and firing me. This left the school with no AP computer science or physics teacher, but I believe my termination was part of an “out of court” settlement with the man who had threatened to sue.
    And Finally
Today I live in an apartment building in a desert town. The southern half is white and the northern half is black. It didn’t take me long to notice the high number of brief 1-2 minute “visits” happening in the northern half, so I began taking notes and writing down license plate numbers. One day, somebody noticed I was doing this, and these incredibly short “visits” dropped to nearly zero. The blacks involved in these visits are now trying to intimidate me. Stray pieces of garbage and junk are thrown at my unit’s windows and walls at night. Sometimes they even set-off firecrackers to scare me. I receive vague verbal threats on occasion as well. But I have no intention of backing down: the sheriff’s department will be getting all my documentation quite soon.

  • Honkies better start arming themselves. Conceal carry.

Well, those who do may think twice before defending themselves, as the (((media))) and their lapdogs in the justice system have made it clear that "black lives matter" - far more than white ones do, and an act of self-defense on the part of whitey that results in the death of a sufficiently melanin enriched perp will be construed - no matter the circumstances - as cold blooded murder... and there is, unfortunately, no shortage of self-hating white cuckolds like Poche ready to throw their own kind to the wolves to earn their "non-racist good goy" brownie points from their Yehudi masters.

But the right and duty to self-defense remains. Better to be tried by twelve than carried by six.

    DAILYKENN.com -- 29-year-old Devan Schmidt was murdered in 2015.

The victim's roommate called 9-1-1 to report the death after finding Schmidt's lifeless body in their apartment.

Prior to the murder, a group of friends had gathered at the home.

One individual was reluctant to leave and stayed after the others had left.

Schmidt texted her other friends asking how to get Eric Ladal Sims to leave.

Friends replied with offers of assistance.

Schmidt declined their requests, saying she could handle Sims on her own.

Police believe Sims murdered Schmidt, reports say.

And now, five years after the homicide, they have made the arrest.

Reports say he has a criminal history.

According to kmonews.com, "he was convicted of malicious mischief DV, witness tampering, and two counts of violating a court order. Documents say he poured bleach, oil, and other chemicals on his wife’s clothes causing a fire in her apartment."

The crime occurred in Seattle, Washington.

Seattle Police say they arrested a 47-year-old man yesterday in connection to the 2015 death of a woman in the Madison Valley neighborhood of Seattle.

Eric Ladal Sims was charged with murder in the second degree Friday morning.

Police say the homicide occurred on the morning of May 2, 2015. According to court documents, a roommate of the victim, 29-year-old Devan Schmidt, called 911 to say he had found Schmidt dead on the floor of her bedroom.

Police say Seattle Fire medics arrived just before 11 am and attempted life-saving measures but were unsuccessful. They declared Schmidt dead at the scene.

According to court documents, friends of Schmidt say she invited them over to her home in the 2800 block of Denny Way early in the morning on May 2, 2015. Schmidt’s friends told police that they asked Sims to drive them to the victim’s house and to bring cocaine for everyone to use. In the court documents, Schmidt's friends say they stayed at her house for a few hours drinking wine and doing cocaine.

Her friends told police that they eventually left her house and that Sims was going to leave on his own because he had to go to work. According to court documents, as the friends were driving home, they received a text message from Schmidt asking how she could get Sims to leave. Friends told police they offered to go back and help but that Schmidt said she could handle it herself. Her friends say they tried to contact Schmidt throughout the day without any success.

According to court documents, investigators found Sims' DNA on Schmidt’s body. Investigators believe Sims assaulted Schmidt after her friends left and that the assault lead to her death.

Sims is currently being held on $2 million bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 4.

Court documents said Sims has a criminal history. In 2017, he was convicted of malicious mischief DV, witness tampering, and two counts of violating a court order. Documents say he poured bleach, oil, and other chemicals on his wife’s clothes causing a fire in her apartment.
