"I could care less"
What about "I couldn't care less"?
"I could care less" irritates me to no end. I hear it like fingernails on a blackboard.
I hate "moving forward"- it seems that every modern business educated person uses that phrase, I guess as a segue to another subject or to end the last one. It's just so overused that it has become trite and inauthentic, kind of like "gravitas". Kind of like code linguistics for being corporate or something. ( I hate that one too.) I do say "my bad". Check.
"Knock on wood""Fingers Crossed"People at my office say this all the time. They also claim to be Christian, it is really sad, the one who says it the most is a fallen away Catholic who goes to a prot "church" now.
