Milk. I love milk, especially whole milk, but I found out this past year that I am lactose intolerant.
Sugar. It's a big migraine trigger for me.
Iceberg lettuce. Hate it. I love salads but I never use this stuff, which is all my mother used. I use kale, spring mix, arugula, romaine lettuce, etc. -- all more substantial, nutritious and tasty.
I think that's it. I'm really not a fussy eater.
