Considering the state of America today. Does anyone wish that there would be a war with China or Russia and that Russia or China would win and rule us after the war? At the rate globohomo is advancing, honestly I would take Stalin-style Communism over what I see coming soon. Uh . You would be out of the frying pan and into the fire. As of now you can go to mass and recieve the sacraments but if china invades and/or nukes the heck out of us you will not be able to practice your faith when you are in a CCP gulag.

I doubt anyone on this Traditional Catholic forum feels that way.

That wish is called despair. Despair means not trusting in God. A person like that will commit ѕυιcιdє like Judas.

I don't wish for war, nor do I wish it be avoided.  What I wish for is the restoration of the church and Gods will be done.  With this wish, we know everything will be as God wishes and therefore the best possible scenario.  I don't waste time pondering what may happen, or what if this... or what if that...  I try and keep my soul clean and help my family and loved ones and do a whole lot of praying for everybody and everything. In the end God wins and it will be the Triumph of Our Lady's Immaculate Heart. I believe what we are witnessing now is a great purge.  There is good coming out of the evil .  God's ways are not our ways and his timing in things can never be predicted. All we can do is be in a state of readiness, spiritually that is.

The only thing I want to add is -- this only applies to wars. When it comes to shortages, financial collapse, even things like riots and similar chaos -- those things can be predicted, just by looking at the recent past, knowing our enemies, knowing human nature, knowing basic mathematics, knowing how the financial system works, knowing how the supply chain works, etc.

If a man continually increases his credit card and other debt, with no hope of a huge spike in income on the horizon, I can confidently predict disaster.

But something like a war -- that basically involves some leader(s) "pushing a button" to start a war. Who could ever predict something like that with any kind of certainty? You'd have to be a proverbial "fly on the wall" in one of their meetings. And most Trads are not invited to the meetings of the Elites.
