Interestingly, there are two versions of this encyclical, written in German, the first encyclical to be written not originally in Latin. This is something I never knew, and with the monsters that are the Jєωs, I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't know which one was accurate, or for that matter, if the one that was truly given to the Germans will ever be published as the true version. Therefore, there is a legitimate doubt as to what the Pope actually wrote back then in regard to this subject. Hitler had many meetings, even weekly, with Pius XII.
