Title: True Mass site in Coventry, RI?

The following is listed on Traditio.  Does anyone know anything about it?  It was labeled as "Independent."  (A phone number was found for it elsewhere, but when it is called, there is just a recording to leave a message.  No further info given.)  Thank you.

Could it be Father Philip Stark?

I haven't heard from him in years and have even wondered if he is still alive.  He had lost the sight of one eye and would be over 90 years of age by now.  I used to send him Mass intentions.
