I haven't heard trads use this language, except God bless. I refuse to say "positive thoughts" or "positive vibes". The phrases make my skin crawl.
Many trads say God bless or God bless you. Though I don't nitpick when others say it, I personally don't like the phrase. Outside of the father of a family, I think it is only in the priest's power to bless. I do wonder if everyone "blessing" everyone else arose from the idea of universal priesthood but I don't know. At this point it is so common you really can't get wound up by it.
Edit: For some reason "God bless you" after a sneeze seems perfectly ok to me. I am referring more to people randomly blessing each other. I don't know why the difference.
