I was about to suggest this.  Sometimes I make my own cards.  If one can't draw, use rubber stamps.  

What about photo cards?  One can add their own message.

Enclose a prayer card too.

Yes.  Around here you can upload digital images to Walgreens and have them print whatever you want, including cards.  Just have to be careful of potentially copyrighted material.
