  • Luxvera lists many questionable chapels.  It is not a reliable directory.
What other questionable chapels are listed?

Many closed chapels as well. Trad chapels come and go, with listings that are seldom updated. Ergo, you risk having someone drive a while to what is not a Mass center.

Chapels staffed by convicted felons like Bp. Tetherow, also chapels staffed by married men who obtained their orders via the Old Catholics..  ie. Fr. Ronald Brown.

The solution is to research the priest's consecrating bishop and his predecessor. There are many sketchy lineages out there.

Oh, and Fr/Bp. Pfeiffer. Avoid him like the plague.
