It should be disabled altogether.

I don't mind the up/down voting, but it shouldn't be anonymous.  One should know who is doing the praising/attacking.  To do so anonymously, especially the down voting, smacks of the effeminate.

Effeminate? Hardly. Down votes are good for your humility, the more the better especially when you have no clue who is doing it. if they get to you then you know thet you have to pray for an increase in humility.
