Title: The Supreme Pontiffs Key of Order

The Supreme Pontiff possesses the Two Keys of Order and Jurisdiction.  The key of Order allows him to change the essential forms.  He can change the essential forms to the word “this,” and, as bound on Heaven and Earth, it would be changed.
