The Our Lady of Good Success Apparition in Quito predicted a good prelate in red who would show up in the latter part of the 20th Century, to help stem the rot in the Church. Abp Lefebvre himself referred to this prelate during his speech at the 1988 Consecrations. Is Abp Lefebvre the Prelate? Or is it Abp Thuc? Or Bp Williamson? Perhaps even Bp Fellay who obviously believes that he has helped solved the crisis since he assumed charge of the SSPX and can now triumphantly take his seat in the Roman Curia.
