Perhaps it's just because you're calling to mind the sins when making the examination of conscience before Confession.

Mostly just pray to Our Lady, perhaps a Holy Rosary before going to bed, and use Holy Water.  Pray and/or mediate before falling asleep to put your mind in a proper state.

Be careful demons can infest cell phones and televisions. 

I have found prayers invoking the Most Precious Blood to be effective.

Recently the nights after I go to confession, I have dreams where I am tempted in a sin that I have been struggling with. How can I battle these dreams? I know I did not sin mortally because I cannot consent to the dream, but I feel as if the devil is trying to lead me to sin through these dreams. Are there any spiritually writings on this? Thank you all for the help.

Yes there is no mortal sin with dreams, so I will just add to what others have said.....

Avoid all near (or far) occasions of that sin always in your day - "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee" is a potent remedy for this.
Spiritual reading during the day especially before bed.
Pray the rosary daily, work your way up to praying 15 decades every day.
Listen to good Catholic sermons from traditional priests especially before bed - youtube and the other video platforms have many to choose from.
If you're listening to popular music (hop hop/rock/etc), stop. It only serves to kill all aspects of your interior life.
