What makes the present day 15 year old a woman?
1. she is physically finished growing? NO
2. she has mental maturity? NO
3. she has experience in anything? NO
4. she has knowledge of anything? NO
5. she has reached puberty? YES
So just because she can have children that makes her a woman? What about the girls who are now reaching puberty at six and eight years old? Not only that but getting pregnant at six and eight years old, does that make them a woman?
So had women in the time of St Elizabeth finished growing physically, had experience in or knowledge of anything, or reached puberty at the age of 15? (Note that I omitted "mental maturity". A 15 year old could well have had all the mental maturity they were ever going to have.)
