So had women in the time of St Elizabeth finished growing physically, had experience in or knowledge of anything, or reached puberty at the age of 15? (Note that I omitted "mental maturity". A 15 year old could well have had all the mental maturity they were ever going to have.)

I don't know of any, but I didn't say a girl of 6-8 was ready for marriage.
