People are just copying what they see online, movies, videos, music, bad parents, influences, etc. and don't think about why they are saying it. It's ironic when they are atheists too. Look at all the movies and see how many blasphemies they have, it's just to normalize them.

Can't remember where I saw or read about it but apparently it is required for a Hollywood movie to have at least one blasphemy in it or it won't be produced.  There may be some very rare exceptions to this (Passion of The Christ I'm assuming didn't have any but I never watched the movie.) But I know in my godless youth all those mainstream movies that I thought were "cool" always had blasphemy or using God's Name in vain at least once but usually several times throughout the movie.

What if someone uses the term "mother of God" or "that's the Hail Mary" in inappropriate ways? Is this also blasphemy?
