I've been married about 15 years, not a newlywed. I will have to think about if I'm putting her before God. I thank God for her frequently. But I will have to do some reflection to see if I am putting her before Him.

I don't think it's keeping me from any of my duties as a husband or father. But I feel like someone who has been married this long with a family etc maybe shouldn't be thinking about his wife as often as I do.

My guess is that your wife takes really good care of you and the family.  This is why you think of her all the time.  I wouldn't worry about it, but maybe you should follow up with a priest.
