  • Ah well, OK:

    From someone in Minnesota:

    "Hello Sean,

Good afternoon!  I thought you might appreciate an update of what we encountered earlier today.

We arrived at 6:35 am for the 7:00 am Low Mass, to be followed immediately by an 8:00 am Low Mass.  Confessions were being heard.  Shortly before 7:00 am, Fr. Emily departed the confessional, vested, and then proceeded to offer Mass.  After the readings were read in Latin, prior to the readings in the vernacular, Father encouraged all in attendance, to the point that of it being short of an expectation, should come back and participate in the Corpus Christi procession.  He wove participation in the procession into his sermon, suggesting that we should not, like those in the Gospel, make excuse for not attending the procession (banquet).  He further stated that he would hear confessions again after Mass while the 8:00 Mass was being offered - no name mentioned of the priest offering mass.  Father did mention that the District Superior, Fr, Wegner, would be offering the 10:00 am High Mass at Sacred Heart Novitiate and would then be leading the Corpus Christi procession beginning approximately at 11:30 am.  All others not in attendance at Mass there would then join the others in the procession.  The procession was to conclude in the basement of the NO Christ the King Church at the "Altar of Repose."  Afterwards, a picnic for all was to be held at the priory.  Fr. LeRoux stepped out of the sanctuary at 8:05 am and began offering Low Mass as the first Mass goers filed out and the second Mass goers filed in.

We had been told last week that Fr.s Wegner and LeRoux were going to be offering the two Low Masses and hearing the confessions.  Obviously, there was a change of plans.  It seems so symbolic - the local train, headed up by the US District Superior, leading all the faithful into the newly appointed local train station, represented by the NO Christ the King Church (ultimately, Bishop Fellay leading SSPX and those attached to ROME).  We are seeing it happen before our eyes what both Frs. Pluger and Wegner have stated within the past 5 years - something to the effect that... " the train has left the station and it's heading towards Rome... do not be surprised, when you wake up in the morning, if you find yourself in Rome."

    There you have it..."
