Dear Faithful,

The District Superior has requested that we announce the transfers of priests in Canada on this Sunday morning. The Districts of the UK and Mexico are all doing the same.

We are pleased to inform you that there are no foreseen changes to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Priory in Calgary this year. Consequently, starting in August, all five priests will begin to serve here for another year.

As for the rest of Canada:

1.      Father Gerspacher will be leaving Winnipeg where he has been for the last ten years and will join Father Boulet, in Langley.
2.      Father Herkel will be named Prior in Winnipeg and will be replaced in Toronto by Father Prescott. Father DeLallo will also go to Winnipeg.
4.    Our Lady of Mount Carmel Academy: Father Marcel Stannus is being send to England and will be replaced by Father Doutrebente, who has been in Dublin since his ordination in 2020. Father Perrot is being sent back to France. The school will receive reinforcements in the persons of Father Rosario and soon to be Father Peter Hatty who will be ordained at the St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary this summer.
5.      The Ecole Sainte-Famille is going to lose Father MacGillivray, who will be going to Mexico to serve as District Bursar. The school will receive two new priests, Fathers Barreau and Paolo Boghos who is going to be ordained this summer at our seminary in Germany.

All changes take effect on August 15.

In the Immaculata,

Father Reuter

What about the US?  No transfers to be posted?  They never say a word at our Chapel.
