Father Burfitt prior in California announced today he will be prior in Kansas.
I just heard from someone from his chapel in Arcadia, that Fr. Burfitt will be prior in Missouri (Kansas City, MO)

Bumping this for timely and obvious reasons.

Note that the annual SSPX shuffle typically goes into effect with the Mass of 15th August, Feast of Our Lady's Assumption.

Does Fr. Burfitt still mock the idea of the Freemasons and/or a Freemasonic infiltration of the Church? I heard second-hand that someone brought this up, and he laughed. That stuck in my brain HARD because I was so shocked to learn it. I mean, Fr. Burfitt had 6 (out of 6) seminary years under Bp. Williamson. He should know better.

But think about it: when +ABL attended Seminary, EVERYTHING was Traditional. Imagine how many confreres he KNEW PERSONALLY that ended up spewing liberal ideas, rejecting various truths, and espousing various heresies. It had to be a shocker for him each and every time.

He was my parish priest for a number of years and I never heard that.
