I noticed the attendance were about the same, but also saw a number of new faces and enquiries from those who are not Catholic but curious about the SSPX. There were 1 or 2 that pooped in their pants and are lying low.

Our chapel has kept its numbers plus a few new faces.  You know the saying, no such thing as bad publicity.  Our local tiny newspaper reported on us being excommunicatged, well its seems to me that secular media reporting is actually putting the TLM on the map.

We had a lower count, but it is also Independence Day weekend and I do know a few families were on vacation.

I think we will have a better grasp in a couple of weeks.

Wouldn't that be a wash? I mean, those vacationing families have to attend Mass somewhere don't they? They will appear as extra faces at the destination's SSPX chapel(s).

We appear to be down between 65-75 people.

I go to Our Lady of the Pillar here in Louisville, and holy Mass is at 9:15am on Sunday.  I have not been to the SSPX since the consecrations. St. Benedict's (SSPX) has Mass at 3pm typically.  I will need to get over there and check things out. As for excommunication, heck, I just hold up a copy of The Great Sacrilege, and that pretty much implies that I am excommunicated by the Novus Ordo-ites.
