That's a fairly hefty drop by percentage. It'll be interesting to keep that count. Is there just one Mass?

70+ million Americans were expected to travel over the 4th of July weekend, so that could be a factor.

I noticed no significant changes today compared to the past several weeks, maybe a bit more crowded than usual

I don't go to the SSPX very often anymore, but I have seen several reports that there were more people than usual in most places. It seems that the excommunications backfired, and actually became a publicity campaign for the SSPX and the Traditonalists in general. Let us hope that at least some of the people who are going there for curiosity stay and become good Catholics.
