Word is now out that the volunteer catechist at the SSPX Mass Center at RN Kandigai in southern India, has now enrolled at the Resistance seminary in Kentucky. The young man, a qualified professional, had previously spent some years at the SSPX seminary in Australia as well as that of the Dominicans in France.

His move is thought-provoking because, when in 2012, the Society in India was prepared to abandon this center to the Resistance, he was one of those who objected and prevented this from happening.

This is a boost for Tradition in India which has suffered greatly over the years due to the whims and fancies of individual priors of the SSPX, who could do what they pleased and whose actions were always endorsed and supported by the superior in Singapore.
