If you tell a person the kinds of things we have been reading here about how most people end up in eternal damnation.. and yet they still continue on in their sinfulness.. If, even after sharing w/ them what St Faustina experienced (Diary 741) in Hell (hideous place, wouldn't want my worst enemy to go there!)

If they continue in their lawless, anti-Christ ways, well, we can only conclude that they love sin and debauchery quite a bit (as long as it does not victimize THEM of course)-- and either don't believe in Hell, or couldn't care less about going there.

Now, if it is the latter, we see the epitome, the very definition, of self-loathing

i have observed a lot in my relatively  short life here on Earth (short compared to Methuselah :-X) and I have concluded that many people just dislike themselves. And hey, why wouldn't they? What is there to like?

All humans instinctively know they are vile sinners.. so good self-esteem would naturally be a rare thing. Some people have what appears to be good self esteem despite being a vile sinner... spoiled by parents who acted like they could do no wrong, etc... but deep inside, they probably realize there is something amiss... I don't know.. I didn't have parents like that. My parents were not excellent parents in a lot of ways but they did not spoil... well, they didn't spoil me.. don't know about the other sibs..

This situation illustrates that you rush into posting without thinking clearly. Why not take your time for something more useful, like reading good literature - it will improve your writing and expression skills, and your ability to think clearly and to reflect. You can get excellent books on the lives of the saints and you will find tips there on how better to live the Faith.

But seriously, I'm not talking to myself here. I usually "sign" in the anonymous section by ticking the box. That's because I also hate this silly behaviour. So why didn't you tick the box if you hate it?

Yes, I would say many people today want to go and desire hell. This is no secret.  A person who becomes a satanist is
that he desire hell. People who lie and publish falsehoods for a political agenda desires hell.  Those whom want to
start a nuclear war and drag many souls to hell desires eternal damnation. The lives that many people live and because
of the TV and constant propaganda that accepted every sort of perversions and lifestyles that ends in an early
death.    The same devils made sure that many of the Catholic religious leaders lead many to hell because of their
apathy and water down teachings and outright heresies such as all are saved.
