Ok, so just to be clear...the above Mary-like standards, issued by Pope Pius XI are "whore-ish".  Just want to make sure I have your argument correct.
No you dont.
Because you maliciously just lied about what they are.

He does says to the elbow.

But you being a child of satan, have said it was otherwise.

God disagrees. If your feet are disgusting, here is the remedy, Romans 10:15.

My feet are very attractive, clean, and healthy for my age. I have gone barefoot a lot, have always worn sensible shoes. In winter, I wear toe socks to prevent my toes from rubbing on each other.  I have no corns, calluses, warts, bunions, hammertoes, etc. Other parts pain me, but not my feet. My preferred shoes aren’t elegant or fashionable. I wear one style of Clark’s desert boot, the original Kalso Swedish Earth Shoe from the 1970’s, one style of Birkenstocks,
from the 1990’s, Habana, t-strap with back, cork negative heel sole, and, Crocs, original or closed top version of original. They aren’t good for support, but just everyday, extremely comfortable. There’s lots of toe wiggle room. I can stretch my feet without removing them. They’re the only clog type shoe I can walk in without them falling off my feet. I often get men’s shoes in smaller sizes because they’re wide without being too long. If they have a built-in arch, the men’s are in the right place. Women’s shoes, the arch is too far forward and it hurts. If I get a woman’s shoe with arch, I have to pull out the inner soles a replace it with something flat. Most of my shoes are no longer made, so I’m glad I bought up an extra pair way back when. Some can still be found online, eBay, Etsy, those sorts of sites. Most of them are used if they’re in common sizes. New can be found if you happen to have petite or very large feet!  A few years ago, I came upon a treasure trove of Earth Shoes, brand new, in the burlap bag, in all sizes. A department store long shuttered with everything inside, was opened to the public for one day, after which the merchandise went to antique dealers and museums. The day for the public, the original prices were charged! I bought three pairs. I’m hoping they wear as well as the ones I bought in high school. They are still wearable but my feet are larger than when I was about 15 or 16. I hope they last the rest of my life.
Maybe i have brain damage from vaccines but feet are off putting to me.

Ok so Pius’ rules are good…to the elbow is moral.  But once you show upper arm (which multiple clerics allowed) then…according to you…they are wrong and that is sinful.  Is it venially or mortally sinful?  And what is your source?

I went to Good Friday at my SSPX chapel and I was surprised at how packed it was - there had to be over 100 people there. The young lady sitting in front of me had sleeves that were only a maybe 3 inches long - well above the elbow, and I saw maybe 5 or 6 other ladies with the same sleeves. All the other ladies I saw were either at or below the elbow or has long sleeves. All wore  nice dresses.

Although I don't remember ever having paid attention to such a thing until this thread, I would vote for women should wear long sleeves. I don't really think that short sleeves should affect men one way or another - but I could definitely be wrong about that -  but either way I would say that long sleeves represented a certain air of feminine holiness or chasteness (not sure how to describe it) that was lacking, or somehow just not the same with the short sleeved ladies.

those were not his rules!

You're making that up!

You have ONE cardinal vs 6000 years of human history and 2000 years of Church practice.
