The "temporary concession" quoted above allowed "quarter length" sleeves...that would be ending around mid bicep...Unless that's a typo and it is meant to say 3/4 length sleeve?
I think a full length sleeve = long sleeve shirt.  A short-sleeve shirt reaches to the elbow.  A quarter length would be mid-bicep, as you say.

It is not. It includes men also.
I am a man and I have no problem with it.
Men shouldn't have a problem with it. There's something really weird about a man who insists on showing off his skin. Even more so than a woman, because women yearn more to be admired physically than men do.
No, you're wrong.  The entire discussion started with ladylike fashions.  Men aren't included in the discussion.

Short-sleeves is what people today commonly associate with 1/4 length sleeves. Hardly anyone even sells elbow length shirts and blouses today.

I was quite obviously referring to men and women on here who have voted that they wear clothing with sleeves above the elbow, since most people voted that they do, and people here have defended wearing those.

People HAVE shared and discussed but you insist on anyone’s discussion on the matter other than your own is wicked and demonic.

Please consider that rigorism and Pharaseeism are errors that can sneak up on you as stealthily as modernism. They are tricky because they disguise themselves as piety.

There are a lot of very serious, well informed Catholics on this site. The fact that “Yes” is currently twice as much as “No” should make us stop and consider instead of throwing out accusations and assumptions. Those who wear T-shirts that cover most of the upper arm aren’t burning up in the filth of their souls. Please.
Pope Pius XI would not regard those who voted yes as serious Catholics.

It is quite a bad sign how unwilling people are to simply put on a longer shirt as the Pope wanted which was always, always how both men and women dressed historically.

It is reflective of what else they must be unwilling to do for God.

Right, and a 3/4 sleeve ends past the elbow. If the temporary concession was for a 1/4 sleeve, which would end mid bicep (too short IMO), then a sleeve extending to the elbows shouldn't even be a question for women's weekday clothing

What a waste of time
