Sisters of the Passion & Cross in OH??

Has anyone heard of the Sisters of the Passion and Cross in New Middletwon, Ohio? Are they affiliated with Bp Dolan and St Gertrude?

For a donation they offer various sacramentals, relic badges,etc.
