3 people were killed at a shooting at the PP in Colorado Springs. With regards to the Catholic view on abortion, should we be seeing this as a "good thing"? I don't want to seem as if I'm celebrating someone's killing or saying "they deserved it". I don't know. It's a moral question.

What would be the Catholic view on this? Thank you, and may God bless you richly.

We can never take the law into our own hands. Only rightful authorities can punish criminals. We should pray for the dead, one of whom was a cop, and everyone involved, including any who think that this was a good thing. The point of capital punishment is the hope of repentance, which is unlikely with such a sudden death. I dread a Catholic committing a crime like this.

We should remember that the virtue of prudence is the charioteer of all the virtues.
I think that this event is bad for a number of reasons. It is forbidden to commit a sin in order that good may come out of it.

These shootings at abortion clinics do much more harm against the
causes of legalized abortions than ever doing good.
The frenzy mass media and today's law enforcement and even Obama
administration will find excuses to further demonized anti
abortionists as violent people.
These Killings at the Plan Parenthood facility will do more for the
causes of promotion of abortion.
I been tempted to believe these killings were staged fαℓѕє fℓαgs
because this is the results they got.

Latest from Obama is talking in taking guns away. Never mind the
drugs and prescription medication that this guy was on.
Anyone in their sane mind would know this is doing far more harm
than ever doing good.
And the media frenzy goes on to demonized anti-abortionists.

The last I read it was the abortion clinic. Checked the news from
Colorado Springs and they are sticking to the same story.
Law Enforcement has not changed their stories from last night.
This is the first I read that it was a Chase Bank robbery.
The Media is not concerned about the 7 deaths caused by
shootings last weekend in Chicago.

PETA stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. It's an organization.

This shooting in Colorado Springs still has police and reporters and representatives from Planned Parenthood saying they don't know what the shooter's motive was, and they don't know if PP was his intended target.

One witness said that he first heard shots coming from Chase Bank 1/4 mile away but later realized that the bank had nothing to do with the shooting.

The suspect shooter has been taken into custody by police and the got him under control when he voluntarily emerged from the Planned Parenthood building. The police had rammed their truck into the wall of the building before the suspected gunman came out.

Officials are saying he made a "no more baby parts" comment. Why not say that from the beginning? Why say they didn't know his ideology? and now he supposedly said it when he surrendered? 2 days after the shooting you release that information?

Watch the Police loading what looks like a CPR Dummy into an
ambulance.
