What you can do:
*Email students at their student publications. Refrain from angry arguments. Just follow their novus ordo logic through to contradiction with Catholic teaching. Also remind them of moral issues like that drunkenness is a mortal sin and ought to be become less prevalent on "Catholic" campuses.
*Have alums network to form a traditional Notre Dame group. For instance, Dr. Droleskey, sedevacantist of newchristorchaos.com, is an ND graduate program grad. Collect all these former trads together, as well as those who've gone to ND who've become trad. Get organized on specific ideas to target.
*Email professors. Give them feedback on their writings, pro or con. There was one writer, Charles Rice, who had a book, "What happened to Notre Dame?" - maybe give your input on what happened. He was a conservative novus ordite and probably thinks the problems were due to what happened outside the Church, rather than problems that came within (and then which created a schism, if you believe in sedevacantism). Another teacher, on the other hand, Candida Moss, wrote about how "Christian persecution is exaggerated", or something goofy like that.
*Reclaim Notre Dame. That school is for traditional Catholics! Not usurpers!
Source: My dad is a graduate of ND. He always wanted me to go there and I suspected there was something wrong with the school, so I never wanted to go there. I went to "Catholic" schools growing up, and went out to ND for football games all while growing up. Only after college at another "Catholic" school, did I see the traditional problems that were going on. However, Vatican 2 and its problems are almost distinct. There is still an epidemic of fornication and drunkenness on the "Catholic" colleges, regardless on the status of the papacy and V2, etc. So, even applying a lot of novus ordo traditional teachings, there is a great lack of perfection which ought to be addressed.
