No way!  "Santa" Muerte is "Saint" Death, there is no such Saint and it is a disgusting demonic idol.  I sincerely hope you do not do this and if you do you MUST stop for the sake of your eternal soul!

Santa Muerte is Mexican superstition personified. 

Any prayers or "devotions" to this pagan idol constitute a Mortal sin against the First Commandment.
