Though there are a few sedevacantist Feeneyites, it does seem to be a phenomenon almost entirely reserved for those of the R&R persuasion.
This is to be expected. If you throw out the Ordinary magisterium, believing it capable of teaching all kinds of "non-binding errors" (whatever those are!) and all the catechisms, approved teachers, theologians, etc. then you end up in the personal interpretation land, which is where all Feeneyites are born.
