I do not support Bernie Sanders. I am aware of the atrocities of the Communist party. in another forum I posted a link to the Chronicles of the Catholic Church in Lithuania.

If I recall correctly, the KKK was started by Protestant democrats. They persecuted Blacks, Jews, and Catholics, or at least that was their goal. Kind of sad that there are Catholics who may think that the KKK is somehow good or Catholic. 
However, I do agree with those on the thread that David Duke has changed for the better.

The KKK was started by Nathan Bedford Forrest ( a Confederate General and a fairly decent man) I don’t think he intended it to become what it ultimately became. He himself stated that it was started mainly to oppose carpetbaggers and scaliwags

He also later disavowed himself from the organization after it got out of hand.
