There is certainly a stupidity/entitlement/delusion among women today. I was reading a post earlier on reddit by a Catholic women, she is 37 and was complaining about getting swamped with messages from men on Catholic match. One of her complaints was that some of these men were 15+ years older than her. Another lady in the comments said she only looks for men up to 5 years in terms of an age gap. :facepalm: i can't even.

Ladies is it really that bad if the guy is 5+, 10+, 15/20+ years older? Especially if the women is already old (25+)?

She may be thinking that she is already nearly 40, someone 55+ would be able to spend less years of their life together with her, and at that particular age they are probably at different stages of life.  Age gaps seem like a much more practical idea for younger women, imo.

Alan, you're showing a serious amount of hubris here and your age too.
 
By that logic, why don't you wait two years or five years or even ten years for courtship? Courtship is an occasion of sin from the moment you enter it to the moment it ends. You seem to be under the impression that you will not deal with worse temptations in a courtship. Also, have you considered the woman may be experiencing temptations even if she does not explicitly tell you?
