    • What does it mean overrepresenatative and underrepresented means in crime statistics.  Didn't these criminals have a
    free will not to commit the crimes. In order to be politically correct, to lessen the numbers of Blacks in prisons, more
    Whites should get into the habit of committing crimes and getting caught to increase the numbers of Whites in Prisons?
    If this is the goal, it is crazy, and insane.

    Yes, more Whites should commit crimes so as not to make the blacks looks so bad.  I read that in my country, Australia, about 3/4 of all black (Aboriginal) males end up in prison at some point in their lives.  If so, what that represents is a race of criminals.   And who gets the blame for this sorry situation - Whites, of course!
