Prayers for my mental health

    • I have mental health problems and am feeling very bad. Please pray for me. Any prayers will do. But preferably prayers to Saint Michael like the chaplet, for protection against the demons. Thank you all who pray for me. May God bless you.

    1) In what ways does the schizophrenia manifest itself (e.g., voices, suspicions, etc)?
    2) With regard to the anxiety and paranoia: What are your current coping mechanisms to alleviat these symptoms (e.g., medications; alcohol; purposeful distraction; etc)?
    New question:
    3) Do you recall a precise time when you first experienced a consciousness that something was....wrong?

    • I found this prayer that has helped a lot of my friends and relatives.
    Know that I am praying for you.

    p.s. Look into Lyme Disease as it can cause paranoid schizophrenia and bipolar disease.
    Sometimes treatment with antibiotics can help.
