Prayer Request for a Dying Friend

I have a good friend in need of urgent prayers. He was hit by a car about a week ago. He has been given Extreme Unction and the doctors have been working nonstop on him since he arrived in the hospital, but now it looks like they've run out of options for him. A day or two at most is all we have right now. He is a traditional Catholic.
