I would try different things:

Move to the country (or at least change where you live)
Try to minimize EM radiation in your environment, which is given off from every electrical cord.
Do you have high voltage power lines anywhere close to where you work/live?
Do you have cell phone or radio towers close to where you work/live?
What are you eating/drinking? Cut out all artificial sweeteners, just for starters.
Artificial coloring is certainly not going to help your health.
Soda/Pop often has sodium benzoate, which is very bad.
Are you on any prescription medications?
Are you under mental/emotional stress?
Are you around artificial chemicals like hair spray, air fresheners, nail polish, cleaners, etc.?
What is your posture like when you're on the computer? How many hours are you on the computer?
Are you getting enough fresh air and exercise?

Each of these points could cure headaches in certain cases. Doing all of them will almost guarantee you feel better and healthier -- even if they don't cure your headaches.
