I caught my 13 year old son masturbating in his room . what should I do? He was alone in his room. I was calling him and he did not respond so I went in and saw him masturbating.

According to my OT research, you should ask your husband to discipline him as outlined in Proverbs 13:24:

Make sure you let him know it's a mortal sin that he needs to confess.  Then one can recommend things to help him break the habit.
