Write about it on a personal diary. Do an introspection and/or examination of conscience to understand why you are feeling this way and whether it is justified or not. Think about whether Saints have written on what you are feeling , more often than not you'll find that this isn't a new issue.

Well, it was more certainly obnoxious ... and/or just plain noxious.

How do you deal with negativity? I have no outlet and think it's not good to keep it all contained until it explodes out. And it's not as simple as praying it away, Sometimes I'm in such a bad mood i cannot pray.
Father Sebastian Kneipp (who Pope Leo XIII sought out for medical advice) was known to suggest these remedies for those who suffer from meloncholy:

1. Fresh Air (if you can't go outside open some windows)

2. Sunshine (the sun is known for instantly increasing serotonin levels)

3. Exercise especially gardening and lifting (gives an adrenaline boost and helps to stretch and relax your muscles)

4. Take a cold bath/shower or jump in a river/lake.  (It will invigorate your whole body and make it feel more alive.)

5. Eat simple healthy foods and avoid bad ones. (Eat raw milk, legumes, brown bread, raw cheese, fruit, etc...  Avoid processed foods, too much alcohol, coffee and other stimulants etc.)

---
One last thought...  Remember that in times of anguish a simple Our Father or "Blessed be God!" can often gain you more graces than rosaries said in time of peace.

What is it with you guys? Because you disagree? I understand he gets passionate but I haven't seen anything he's said I disagree with, from a church teaching standpoint. Coming from someone impartial to the SSPX. St Louis IX [correct me if I'm wrong] said if someone is dead set on being a blasphemer to stick a sword through him. I don't see him saying anything more harsh than that.
