In the Word it say that things will get so bad (my words) that even "the very elect" (Bible's words) are in danger of being deceived
I believe "elect" means the chosen ones of God Himself
I feel that many in the Church are deceiving themselves that the Roman Church can still be trusted in all things. All things? NO!
anything touched by human hands is suspect
But as one poster said here, he (she?) was always taught to listen to waht the Church says and to obey the Church means obeying Christ.
Well, when the "church" does not speak for Christ, we must follow Christ
