SSPX - Roman Discussions

I am told that one of the three priests tasked by the SSPX with conducting doctrinal discussions with Rome is a French priest named Fr. Gregoire Celier.

Does anyone know anything about this priest?

I do not know who the other two priests are.

I do not know who the other two priests are.

He was/is a GREC priest, so if he is assigned to conduct negotiations with Rome, that tells me all I need to know.
