  • Is it recommended to stick with calendar dates or do it within the "waking period" that started with that day? Calendar dates can actually be a bit difficult as my sleep schedule is constantly shifting for work but for now I adhere to my "waking periods".

  • The most important thing is that you pray the Rosary. It's perfectly fine to adapt the timing according to your duties.
