You mean the "Catholic" members of the SCOTUS ... as the SCOTUS is not Catholic even in name?

What's the calumny? Apart from perhaps Clarence Thomas, the rest are certainly Catholic in name only. In fact, the vast majority of Novus Ordo "Catholics" are CINOs.

From my understanding you are saying other people would deem this not calumnious but due to poor internal form while saying it you are guilty? Take it to your confessor.
