    You mean the "Catholic" members of the SCOTUS ... as the SCOTUS is not Catholic even in name?

    What's the calumny?  Apart from perhaps Clarence Thomas, the rest are certainly Catholic in name only.  In fact, the vast majority of Novus Ordo "Catholics" are CINOs.

    • Guys the issue is that I said this without reepect for their office or thinking about their positions so in external form it is not apparently calumny but internally it is

    • Really? I think the truth might in some cases be detraction, but this is not calumny. This is not even detraction as these are public figures whose positions are expected to be debated and analyzed in the public forum.

    From my understanding you are saying other people would deem this not calumnious but due to poor internal form while saying it you are guilty? Take it to your confessor.
