Traditional in action also recommends? Suits for mass for men but suits and ties are a modern invention...
And?

No i just get really hot when i do full exertion. I could probably do hard labour in the winter without a shirt on and still feel warm.

Also is it fine to wear shorts when sleeping?
Right. I know that men naturally have a hotter body temperature than women, so I do understand the difficulty. I've known women who are pregnant with boys get really hot, even in the wintertime.

For detailed questions like this, it seems prudent to simply do what was always done in Catholic cultures. The saints teach that modesty is not only for the sake of our neighbour, but for ourselves as well, and the presence of the angels. How that principle manifests in each daily activity, I am not entirely sure. Obviously there are times where nudity is proper, such as in the shower, for example.

It is amazing the difference when discussing men's attire and women's.
When discussing women it's all about length and coverage .
When discussing men's it's all about comfort.

What do you think the missionaries wore in the jungles?
What do you think the priest wears under his chasuble at Mass? (hint..underwear, pants, cassock, alb)
It seems to me that this person was just making the point that objections to modesty with women is about an unwillingness to cover, and the objections to modesty with men is about comfort. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
