    • While I do not think it entirely unlikely, in this video, the pants clearly bulged out as she/he was moving downward.  If the fabric was sticking to the thigh, then that would have caused it to bunch up in that very spot.

    There is just one thing that would cause such a bulge, and that one thing is found exclusively on males. Especially when you factor in gravity, the timing of when "it" swings and hits the pants, etc. The dynamics are unmistakable. Yes, boys and girls, America just had its first transgender First Lady for 8 years.
