This is absurd. I wish we had a real Holy Office so it could excommunicate false visionaries like this one.
I fully agree!
Talk about an unapproved apparition... and an unlikely one at that.
Color me skeptical.
I should point out that the Bishop involved with the Guadalupe apparition, the Bishop involved in the Fatima apparition, etc. DID NOTHING WRONG by being skeptical. In fact, they were doing their job. Jesus and Mary both know this. If they want an apparition to be accepted and spread, there will be a miracle that can't be denied -- like we saw with all the true, approved apparitions.
No one, least of all Our Lord or His Blessed Mother, would hold it against ANY OF US for being skeptical of a new claimed apparition. In fact, we are SUPPOSED to be skeptical for this reason:
Revelation ceased with the death of the last apostle. That is DE FIDE. "De Fide" is the highest level of theological certainty. So any private revelations offer LITTLE BENFIT, but HUGE RISK. Therefore the only logical stance is SKEPTICISM unless heaven intervenes and gives them credibility beyond the shadow of a doubt.
